Performing a pre-purchase or rental space assessment is important to identify any EMFs from internal and/or external sources. Elevated fields from external sources such as power distribution lines or cellular communications towers could be considered “deal breakers” as mitigation solutions could be costly and/or very limited.  Internal issues such as fields created by electrical wiring errors or panel locations could possibly be mitigated, but it’s a good plan to know what you’re dealing with before you commit.
